SHELL CON MANIA ENTRY 2025 TERMS & CONDITIONS **Terms and Conditions of Entry to Shell Con Mania 2025** By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Shell Con Mania 2025, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund and, if necessary, involvement of law enforcement. 1. Event Details Date and Time: August 16th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Location: Primarily indoors at the designated stadium. 110 Croome Road, Croom, NSW 2527 (Albion Park) 2. Entry Requirements Valid Ticket: All attendees must possess a valid entry ticket. No exceptions will be made unless you are a verified stallholder or staff member. Age Restrictions: This event is open to all ages, but minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 3. Prohibited Items Real Weapons: Real weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Prop Weapons: Prop weapons are allowed but must be checked and approved by event staff upon entry. If a prop weapon is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, it will be stored in a designated weapon storage area near staff. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry or removal from the event. Alcohol and Drugs: No alcohol, illegal substances, or drugs are permitted on the premises or inside the stadium. Anyone found in possession of such items will be removed immediately, and authorities may be notified. 4. Code of Conduct Respect and Inclusivity: Shell Con Mania 2025 is an all-inclusive event. LGBTQI+ individuals and all members of the community are welcome. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. No Violence or Abuse: Any form of violence, verbal abuse, or threatening behavior toward staff, attendees, or the general public will result in immediate removal from the event. Police may be called if necessary. Cosplay Respect: COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT. Do not touch, photograph, or film any cosplayer or attendee without their explicit permission. Violators will be removed from the event. Positive Environment: All attendees are expected to contribute to a positive, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere. 5. Weather and Refunds Event Continuity: The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions, as it is primarily indoors. No Late Refunds for change of mind: Tickets are non-refundable within 24 Hours of the event for Change of mind. Exceptions may apply only at the discretion of event organizers but will not be granted on the day of the event for change of mind. 6. Liability Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and actions. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Health and Safety: Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by event staff and venue personnel. 7. Photography and Media Consent Required: Photography or recording of any kind (including videos and selfies) is only permitted with the explicit consent of all individuals involved. Event Media: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by official event photographers/videographers for promotional purposes. 8. Right to Refuse Entry Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates these terms and conditions or disrupts the event in any way. No refunds will be provided in such cases. 9. Amendments Event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees via official channels. By entering Shell Con Mania 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
